Transparent Fees, No Surprises
I'm in-network with several major insurance plans. Here's how coverage and payment work — so there are no surprises before we meet.
Fees & how payment works
I am in-network with several major insurance plans, which means your sessions may be covered at your standard in-network rate — subject to your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. Coverage varies by plan, so it's worth calling your insurer to understand your specific benefits before we meet.
Private pay is also available for those who prefer to pay out of pocket, have a plan not listed, or want more flexibility and privacy in their care.
A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available — please ask during your consultation.

Paying out of pocket
How payment works
Payment is due at the time of your appointment via check, HSA/FSA card, or credit card. A receipt is provided after each session.
Superbills for reimbursement
If you have out-of-network benefits or a plan not listed above, I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurer needs to process a reimbursement claim.
Reduced-fee spots
A limited number of reduced-fee spots may be available for clients who need them. Please ask during your consultation — it's never a wrong question.
Using your insurance
To understand your in-network benefits, call the member services number on your insurance card and ask about outpatient psychotherapy coverage (CPT codes 90837, 90834).
How to use out-of-network benefits
If your plan isn't listed above, you may still be able to get partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Here's how it typically works.
Call your insurance company
Ask: "What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?" and "What is my out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rate?" Ask specifically about outpatient psychotherapy (CPT codes 90837, 90834).
Pay at time of service
You pay the session fee directly. Payment is due at the time of your appointment via check, HSA/FSA card, or credit card.
Request a superbill
I'll provide a superbill — a detailed receipt with the diagnosis codes and procedure codes your insurance needs to process a reimbursement claim.
Submit to your insurance
Submit the superbill through your insurance portal or by mail. Processing time varies. Many clients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement.
