For Clinicians
I offer consultation for therapists working with complex trauma, attachment injuries, and the relational dynamics that make this work both meaningful and challenging.
Clinical consultation rooted in
relational depth and nervous system thinking
I offer consultation for therapists working with complex trauma, attachment injuries, and the relational dynamics that make this work both meaningful and challenging. My focus is on helping clinicians deepen their case conceptualization — not by providing the "right intervention," but by thinking together about what's happening beneath the surface of a case.
This work is for therapists who want to slow down, look more carefully, and develop a more nuanced understanding of their clients' protective systems, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses. Whether you're newer to trauma-informed work or an experienced clinician wanting a thoughtful thinking partner, consultation here tends to be collaborative, relational, and clinically grounded.
"My consultation style is less about providing the right intervention and more about helping therapists understand what's actually happening in the room — and why."
Good consultation, like good therapy, is a relational process. I'm interested in helping you think through what a client's patterns are communicating, how their protective adaptations developed, and what the work might need to feel safer — for them and for you.

Current & upcoming offerings
Individual Clinical Consultation
One-on-one consultation for therapists working with complex trauma, attachment injuries, or nervous system presentations that feel clinically challenging. Sessions focus on case conceptualization, treatment pacing, understanding protective adaptations, and working with stuck or confusing dynamics in the room.
Group Consultation
Small-group consultation for clinicians working in overlapping areas. Group format allows for peer reflection, shared conceptualization, and the kind of collaborative thinking that deepens clinical understanding over time. Details on format and focus areas available upon inquiry.
Clinical Trainings & Workshops
Focused trainings on attachment-informed EMDR, working with disorganized attachment, structural dissociation, and nervous system-informed treatment. Trainings are designed for clinicians who want to go beyond technique and develop a more integrated clinical framework. Speaking and training inquiries welcome.
Clinical Supervision
Individual and group supervision for pre-licensed clinicians will be available once Stacie meets Oregon and Washington licensure requirements for supervision. If you're interested in future supervision opportunities, feel free to reach out and I'll keep you informed as this develops.
Consultation may be a good fit if…
I work best with therapists who are curious, willing to slow down, and interested in understanding their clients more deeply — not just finding the next intervention to try.
Consultation here tends to be most useful when a case feels clinically complex, stuck, or hard to conceptualize — rather than as a general administrative requirement.
Clinical background & training
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor licensed in Oregon and Washington, specializing in trauma, attachment, and nervous system-informed treatment. My clinical approach is IFS-informed and draws on attachment theory, somatic awareness, and phase-oriented trauma treatment frameworks.
I work primarily with adults navigating complex trauma, disorganized attachment, and the relational patterns that develop around early injury. My consultation focus reflects the areas where I do the most active clinical thinking in my own practice.
